Our Uganda Camping Safaris are slightly
different from those in Kenya and Tanzania. This is basically
because in Uganda we make use use of camping sites within the
local community bandas for accommodation rather than the bush
camping. This creates a more authentic and participatory african
safari that emerses you to a true Africa life and eco-tourism.
Uganda is where the East African savannah meets the West African
jungle. It is here that one gets to experience all of Africa in
one destination. This country comprises of Fresh water Lakes,
Mountains, Equatorial Rain Forests teeming with wildlife, Open
Savannah, Rift Valleys. A camping safari into Uganda's pristine
wildlife reserves can be a greatly rewarding one.

Sleeping bag (optionally, you can purchase a blanket from
us instead!)
Small suitcase or rucksack as storage space on our bases
is limited
Sturdy safari clothes, jeans, T-shirts, jumper, or anorak
for the cool evenings
Torch, toiletries, bath towel and insect repellant
Film / Memory Cards for the duration of the safari
And, of course, personal spending money!!! (for drinks,
tips and so on)
NB:
Most of these items are available
locally and can be purchased in Africa upon arrival. However,
we recommend you bring them from your country.
