send us an email
and we'll send you the relevant forms to complete. There
is a one time fee of USD 999 for individuals or USD 1999
for an entire family payable after your Membership is approved.
You will also get access to some most competitive rates
in the market. All the information will be sent to you absolutely
free of charge and the exercise will be completed in a few
days and we'll send you a Membership Card*.
